You can expect traditional Romanian atmosphere including traditional Romanian dishes, traditional music, folk dance performances by local folk-dance groups as well as informational booths about Romania’s rich history and culture.

Lady Fingers Fruit Cake

A very light and refreshing dessert made with moist lade fingers, whip cream vanilla filling set with gelatin and a mix of seasonal fruits.

Dobos

Thin sponge cake layers filled with chocolate buttercream and topped with caramel.

Amandine Chocolate Cakes

Moist chocolate layers sponge cake filled with a cappuccino flavored chocolate whip cream.

Napoleon

A custard and chantilly cream cream cake dessert.

Beef Soup

It is one of the classic dishes you will find served all over Romania. It is made with beef, carrots, potatoes, sour cream.

Cabbage Rolls with Polenta and Sour Cream

Minced pork meat with rice and spices, served warm with polenta and sour cream.

Baked Beans with Smoked Sausage

A dish made with beans, smoked sausages, carrots, onions, tomatoes, parsnip, tomato sauce and bay leaf.

Vegetable Stew

Vegetarian dish made with bell peppers, carrots, celery root, onion, tomatoes, rice seasoned with fresh parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
